Man charged with accessory to murder in Antioch park homicide
The man is accused of helping another unidentified person steal the victim’s truck.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the homicide of Francisco Almazan-Rojas in Antioch.
Almazan-Rojas, 36, was found dead in Williams Pitts Park off Tusculum Road on April 28. His truck was stolen and later found on Luton Street, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Juan Miguel Pulido was identified as the driver of Hyundai Sonata that followed behind the unidentified person who moved Almazan-Rojas’ Ford F-150 pickup truck to Luton Street before abandoning it and entering the Sonata.
Pulido is charged with accessory to murder, according to MNPD. Pulido posted a $5,000 bond Friday and was released.
The investigation into the gunman responsible and the motive behind the fatal shooting is ongoing.
