What happened in this former inmate processing facility described as a ‘torture warehouse’

(InvestigateTV) — A nondescript warehouse in Louisiana’s capital city holds a troubling secret.

Unofficially known as the Brave Cave, this former inmate processing facility was run by the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Street Crime Squad until August 2023.

It’s been described in legal documents as a “torture warehouse” where innocent people were assaulted, stripped, and even subjected to body cavity searches.

The Brave Cave came to the national forefront in 2023, following our months-long investigation into a Baton Rouge police officer accused of a brutal beating at the facility.

Reporter Scottie Hunter goes in-depth to expose what happened inside the Brave Cave.
